Canned rice flour bread sold by JA Kihoku Kawakami in Wakayama Prefecture. It has a fluffy chiffon cake-like flavor. It can be stored for a long period of three years and can be stockpiled as emergency food for disasters.
100% rice flour grown in the region is used as the raw material. Manufacturing is outsourced to a social welfare corporation in the jurisdiction, and each one is carefully handcrafted. The can is decorated with JA's mascot character "Kakitan".
